About the role

Sarah’s Pet Sitting is a trusted pet care company serving local families since 2008. This is a flexible part-time opportunity for independent, compassionate individuals who enjoy working with pets and clients in the Hamden and North Haven areas.

Responsibilities

- Visit clients' homes to provide care for dogs, cats, and small pets. - Include dog walking, feeding and fresh water, litter box cleaning, medications, playtime, and companionship. - Provide detailed visit updates for clients. - Most visits are within a short driving radius to maintain efficiency and manageability.

Availability Expectations

Applicants should have consistent availability during some mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the year. Early morning availability is a major plus.

Requirements

- Must be 18+ years old. - Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required. - Smartphone required. - Ability to safely enter and secure client homes. - Comfortable using scheduling and communication apps. - Basic animal experience is helpful but not required — training provided for the right candidate.

Pay
