What You’ll Do
- Client Support & Coordination: Independently serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out.
- Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
- Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care.
- Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
- Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.
