Pet Health Sales Specialist - Remote

About the role

As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist), you’ll sell products and services for our pet client—a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. You’ll work in a fully remote, global environment, transforming prospects into brand loyalists while upholding strict sales ethics and brand integrity.

Responsibilities

• Sell pet health supplements and services ethically, following FTC and FDA regulations—no overpromising or unsubstantiated claims.
• Convert potential customers into loyal clients through genuine connections and expert guidance.
• Collaborate with leaders and leverage training to master sales scripts, compliance, and systems (Rippling, Salesforce, Vonage).
• Work 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) starting at 8 AM CST, with reliable internet and equipment for clear phone/video calls.

Requirements

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness (pet health a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• Reliable setup for remote work:
  • Fast laptop/desktop with working mic, camera, and headset (able to run Salesforce, Zoom, and call systems simultaneously).
  • Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
  • Dedicated internet with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Pay

Two pay structures available:

• Hourly + Commission: US reps earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw) + 4%–12% commission on net sales (paid biweekly).
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: US reps earn a guaranteed draw (never repaid) + 14%–17% commission on net sales (20%–25% of gross). On-target earnings: $55,000–$100K in the first year.
