Pet Health Sales Specialist - Remote

About the Role

As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist) at Tribe Wellness Sales, you’ll be the key to transforming pet owners' purchases into meaningful health improvements for their pets. Without your guidance, pets miss out on better health, owners lose confidence, and our mission stalls. You’ll sell products and services for our pet client—a company built by pet owners for pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and a growing community.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services ethically, adhering to FTC regulations and avoiding unsubstantiated claims.
• Convert potential customers into brand loyalists through genuine connections and expert guidance.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders and leverage top-notch training to master sales and embody Tribe’s ethos.
• Maintain brand integrity by partnering with high-quality, FDA-compliant pet health brands.
• Operate in a fully remote, global environment with a focus on work-life balance.

Earnings & Pay

We offer two pay structures to suit your needs:

• Hourly + Commission: Earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw) plus 4% - 12% commission on net sales, based on a 2-week pay period.
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: Earn a guaranteed draw against commission, ensuring you never fall below your state’s hourly wage. Commissions are 14% - 17% of net sales (20% - 25% of gross) based on a 2-week pay period. On-target earnings are estimated at $55,000 - $100K in your first year.

Training & Support

• Complete paid sales training in your first week, covering sales scripts, processes, compliance, and systems like Rippling, Salesforce, and Vonage.

Requirements

• Highly driven self-starter motivated by growth and sales excellence.
• Knowledge, background, or passion for health and wellness (pet health a plus).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours/day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Technical Setup

• A fast, reliable laptop or desktop with a working mic, camera, and headset to run call systems, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality (requires a simple cable to modem).
• Dedicated internet speed with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.
