Pet Health Sales Specialist - Remote

As a Protocol Review Specialist (Sales Specialist), you’ll be the spark that turns a purchase into a transformation—for pets and their people. Without you, pets miss out on better health, owners lose confidence, and our mission stalls.

Responsibilities

• Sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners, by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing.
• Grow a broad range of potential customers, transforming clients’ prospects into brand loyalists.
• Work closely with dedicated leaders, leveraging top-notch training resources to master the art of selling and representing Tribe's ethos.
• Operate with no cap on commission, providing limitless earning potential.
• Adhere to strict sales ethics, following all regulatory requirements of the FTC, never overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims.
• Maintain brand integrity by partnering with high-quality, FDA-regulated products.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter, motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion around health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Equipment & Connectivity

• A fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset to run our call system, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed with minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Pay

We offer two pay structures to suit your needs:

• Hourly + Commission: US sales reps earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw against commission). Commissions are 4% - 12% of net sales, based on sales within a 2-week pay period.
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: US sales reps earn a guaranteed draw against commission, ensuring you never earn below your state hourly wage. Commissions are 14% - 17% of net sales (20% - 25% of gross) based on sales within a 2-week pay period. On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K your first year.
