Pet Health Sales Specialist - Remote

About the role

You’ll sell products and services for our pet client, a company built for pet owners by pet owners, with over a million happy dogs and growing. You’ll work with a broad range of potential customers, transforming prospects into brand loyalists while operating in a highly compliant, ethical sales environment that follows all FTC and FDA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Sell pet health and wellness supplements and services ethically, without overpromising or making unsubstantiated claims.
• Grow a customer base, turning prospects into loyal brand advocates.
• Learn and master sales scripts, processes, and compliance through dedicated training.
• Work closely with leaders and leverage top-notch training resources to represent Tribe’s ethos.
• Operate in a remote, global environment with no cap on commission, maximizing earning potential.

Requirements

• Highly-driven self-starter motivated by growth opportunities and excelling in sales.
• Knowledge, background, or raw passion for health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a knack for building genuine connections.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) starting at 8 AM CST.
• Reliable internet and equipment to support frequent phone and video calls.

Equipment & Connectivity

• Fast and reliable laptop or desktop computer with a working mic, camera, and headset.
• Ability to run call systems, Salesforce, and Zoom simultaneously.
• Ethernet connection strongly preferred for consistent call quality.
• Dedicated internet speed: minimum 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload, with latency under ~150ms, jitter under ~30ms, and packet loss under ~1%.

Pay

Two pay structures available:

• Hourly + Commission: US sales reps earn minimum wage (permanent, not a draw) plus 4% - 12% commission on net sales within a 2-week pay period.
• Guaranteed Draw Against Commission: US sales reps earn a guaranteed draw against commission (never repaid or deducted from future earnings) with commissions at 14% - 17% of net sales (20% - 25% of gross) based on sales within a 2-week pay period.

On-target earnings are estimated between $55,000 - $100K in your first year.
