Pet Groomer in Hollywood WeHo and Studio City
About the Role
Bark & Mane brings white-glove, one-on-one grooming to the doorsteps of LA's most discerning pet parents. As a founding groomer, you'll help set the standard for premium mobile grooming in Los Angeles. This is not an assembly line—no cages, no crowded shop, no one hovering over your shoulder. Just you and one pet at a time in a beautifully equipped van, delivering unhurried, artful work for clients who expect excellence and reward it. Cats are welcome and preferred; gentle, skilled feline grooming is rare, and confidence with cats will make you a standout.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to shape our standards, craft, and client experience, with a clear path to lead groomer and trainer as we expand. You'll work in Hollywood, West Hollywood, Studio City, and North Hollywood, serving a premium clientele.
Pay
$75,000–$95,000+ per year as your book grows. Established groomers with a full schedule earn at the top of that range and beyond. 100% of your tips—this clientele tips generously. W-2 employment with taxes handled for you.
