About the role
As a Groomer at NAMC, you will provide high-quality grooming services for our clients’ pets while maintaining the highest standards of safety, care, and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Provide grooming services for pets in adherence with established policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of pets and clients.
- Maintain strong knowledge of grooming best practices, pricing, and marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Attend required meetings and training sessions.
- Independently coordinate and deliver grooming services.
- Aid with daily cleaning and facility maintenance.
- Handle animals in a kind, gentle, and compassionate manner at all times.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 6 months of job-specific grooming experience.
- Ability to work independently and build positive client relationships.
