Pesticide Operator - Commercial

Responsibilities

• Safely and effectively apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to commercial landscapes
• Identify common pests, diseases, and nutrient deficiencies in turf, trees, and ornamentals
• Calibrate, mix, and apply treatments in accordance with label requirements and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate application records
• Operate and maintain spray equipment and company vehicles
• Provide winter support through snow and ice management operations

Requirements

• Professional Applicator License required
• Working knowledge of local pest and disease issues affecting turf, trees, and shrubs
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and safety procedures
• Willingness to work full-time, including winter months

Qualifications

• Team-oriented with a commitment to high-quality service

Skills

• Proficient in using various types of pesticide and fertilizer applicators
• Ability to read and understand pesticide labels
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work
