About the role
The primary purpose of this role is to perform industry-leading pest management services for residential customers. You will be responsible for identifying and eliminating pests from residential properties through thorough inspections, treatment applications, and preventative measures.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
- Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
- Provide educational guidance to customers on pest prevention methods and maintaining a pest-free environment.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with customers, assist with sales, and expand customer base.
- Maintain and stock pest control equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Operate a company-provided service vehicle safely and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements
- A clean shaven face for safety reasons (rebreathers must be able to seal your face).
- A high school diploma or GED; related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.
- Hold a state valid driver’s license and undergo a motor vehicle driving record check.
- Be available to work Monday-Friday and weekends as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills for following instructions on product labels.
- Customer-facing experience preferred.

- Ability to work in confined spaces and around various hazards.
