Pest Management Professional (No Experience Needed - We Train You)

What The Job Looks Like

• You'll run a daily route and visit homes across King County.
• At each stop, you will:
• inspect the home and identify what's causing the pest issue
• apply treatment safely and correctly
• explain what's going on to the customer in simple terms
• document your work and move to the next stop

What The Work Involves

• This is active, physical work.
• You'll be:
• working outdoors in all weather
• using ladders
• entering crawlspaces and tight areas
• working around insects and rodents

Working with customers

• You'll be inside people's homes, often when they're dealing with a frustrating problem.
• You don't need to be perfect, but you do need to:
• stay calm
• communicate clearly
• treat people with respect

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• 21 years or older
• Able to lift, carry, crawl, and work on ladders and in tight spaces
• Able to work independently and manage a daily route without supervision
• Strong in-person communication skills with customers
• Able to work occasional weekends and overtime during spring and summer months (optional)
