What's the Scope?
Earn $50,000 – $85,000/year in base pay plus performance-based pay, enjoy full-time stability, and receive all your equipment, tools, and a company vehicle. Benefits include:

Schedule
Your work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 4 pm. Some days may require earlier starts, later finishes, longer hours, or weekend work, depending on service needs. You can start each day from your own home.
Contributions Matter
As an Exterminator - Termite and Bed Bug Heat Treatment Tech, your responsibilities include:
- Performing structural heat treatments for drywood termites and bed bugs
- Setting up and operating heating equipment and power systems
- Installing and monitoring temperature sensors
- Safely managing heaters, fans, and containment systems
- Preparing and restoring structures before and after treatment
- Presenting a professional appearance and providing excellent customer service
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50 – 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, and confined areas
- Comfortable working on ladders and rooftops
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Professional appearance and strong customer service skills
- Able to work early mornings and occasional extended hours
Preferred but not required: pest control experience, experience with structural heat or fumigation, California Branch 2 Field Representative or Applicator License, pest control or construction experience.
