Pest Control Technician / Wildlife
About the role
Pest Control Technician - Wildlife Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide comprehensive service to Arrow's residential and commercial wildlife control customers. The technician will perform tasks such as exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife.
Responsibilities
- Identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife
- Ask questions and conduct in-depth inspections to locate the source of issues
- Use knowledge of wildlife to determine the best solutions and communicate next steps to customers
- Collect payment upon completion of services and propose additional services
- Run and schedule services independently while maintaining accountability
Requirements
- Pass and maintain required licensing/certification exams
- Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where working
- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
- Wear an approved Arrow uniform
- Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Professional appearance and attire
- Independence and accountability in scheduling and running services

- Knowledge of wildlife behavior and biology

- Physical stamina for rooftop and ladder work
