Pest Control Technician / Wildlife

About the role

Pest Control Technician - Wildlife Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Wildlife Technician to provide comprehensive service to Arrow's residential and commercial wildlife control customers. The technician will perform tasks such as exclusion, trapping, and removal of wildlife.

Responsibilities

• Identify, remove, prevent, or repair damage caused by wildlife
• Ask questions and conduct in-depth inspections to locate the source of issues
• Use knowledge of wildlife to determine the best solutions and communicate next steps to customers
• Collect payment upon completion of services and propose additional services
• Run and schedule services independently while maintaining accountability

Requirements

• Pass and maintain required licensing/certification exams
• Possess a valid driver’s license in the state where working
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Wear an approved Arrow uniform
• Work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Possess a current Driver's License in the state where you work
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Professional appearance and attire
• Independence and accountability in scheduling and running services

• Knowledge of wildlife behavior and biology
• Problem-solving skills
• Communication skills
• Physical stamina for rooftop and ladder work
