Pest Control Technician - Wildlife

About the role

Responsible for managing wildlife control operations within residential and commercial properties. Conduct inspections, implement humane trapping methods, and provide educational services to clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations
• Implement humane trapping and removal methods for wildlife
• Provide educational workshops to clients on wildlife prevention and safety
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, environmental science, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in wildlife management or pest control
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and operate equipment safely
• Knowledge of local wildlife laws and regulations
