Pest Control Technician - Termite

About the role

Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a position that is paid at an hourly rate. Responsibilities

• Determine the prescribed treatment as marked on the inspection graph and specification sheet and prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as prescribed.
• Apply termite bait station (Sentricon) installation with auger and digging tools.
• Trench and apply liquid treatment to the exterior or crawl space perimeters of structures.
• Drill and apply liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in the crawl spaces and structures.
• Spray application of product to affected areas.
• Devise and describe personalized solutions to customers, demonstrating professionalism and drive for excellence.
• Collect service payments from customers and answer questions patiently.
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times.
• Help customers as the friendly neighborhood Pest Control Technician.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess current Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary! We will train the right person.
