Pest Control Technician - Termite

About the role

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Termite Pest Control Technician to join their team. The position utilizes an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach and offers service to both residential and commercial customers. The role is paid on an hourly basis.

Responsibilities

• Determine prescribed treatment based on inspection graphs and specification sheets
• Prepare site areas for treatment by removing and hauling off debris as required
• Apply wood-destroying organism treatments and techniques such as:
• Sentricon termite bait station installation with auger and digging tools
• Trenching and applying liquid treatment to exterior or crawl space perimeters
• Drilling and applying liquid treatment to void spaces or blocks in crawl spaces and structures
• Spray application of product to affected areas
• Create and explain personalized solutions to customers
• Collect service payments from customers
• Maintain professional and helpful demeanor during interactions
• Ensure equipment and vehicle are in proper working order

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• No prior experience necessary; training provided to the right candidate

• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
