Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the role

Provide uncompromised service to residential or commercial pest control customers through proper installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems. This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations
• Locate installed stations with locator devices
• Inspect and record bait station condition and active or previous termite activity
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components
• Document service findings and provide a report to the customer
• Collect service payments from customers
• Answer customer questions and provide personalized solutions
• Maintain equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition
• Demonstrate professionalism and drive for excellence

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a current driver's license
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency‑required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No prior experience required; training provided
