Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the role

Nader's Pest Raiders is seeking a full-time Sentricon Pest Control Technician to provide top-notch pest control services to both residential and commercial clients. The primary focus is on the installation, inspection, monitoring, and maintenance of Sentricon termite bait station systems.

Responsibilities

• Service and inspect customer Sentricon termite bait stations
• Find installed stations with locator devices
• Inspect and record bait station condition and termite activity
• Repair or replace damaged or missing components
• Document service findings and provide reports to customers
• Collect service payments from customers
• Answer customer questions patiently and professionally
• Ensure equipment and vehicle are in proper working order

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass and maintain required state licensing/certification exams
• No prior experience necessary, training provided
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week

Pay

The pay for this position is commensurate with experience and performance.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and typically range from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday, with some weekend work as needed.

A Day in the Life

As a Sentricon Pest Control Technician, you will start your route each day, saving customers from harmful pests while building long-term relationships. Your tasks include inspecting and maintaining Sentricon termite bait stations, repairing or replacing damaged components, and documenting your findings. You will also collect service payments and answer customer questions with patience and professionalism. Maintaining your equipment and vehicle in good condition is also important. Your goal is to help people and make a positive impact in your community.
