Pest Control Technician - Sentricon

About the role

Responsible for managing Sentricon programs to prevent termites and other wood-destroying insects. Conduct inspections, install bait stations, and educate clients on termite prevention.

Responsibilities

• Manage Sentricon programs to prevent termite and wood-destroying insect infestations.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential termite hazards.
• Install and maintain Sentricon bait stations according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide educational seminars to clients on termite prevention and control methods.
• Document all activities and inspections in accordance with company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
• Knowledge of termite biology and control methods.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in pest control or related field.
• Previous experience with Sentricon or similar termite management systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Pay

$18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, with some weekend work required.
