Pest Control Technician (Licensed Required)

Thrasher Pest Control is growing and hiring technicians who are ready to get to work. We are only considering candidates with an active California Field Representative or Applicator license.

Responsibilities

• Perform pest control services at residential and commercial properties
• Inspect, identify, and treat pest issues efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers about services and recommendations
• Maintain accurate service records
• Represent the company with professionalism and care

Requirements

• Active California Pest Control License (Field Rep or Applicator)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Dependable and punctual
• Able to adapt to a flexible, service-based schedule

Preferred

• Bilingual (English/Spanish conversational)

Benefits

This position is hourly plus commission

Salary Description
Hourly plus commission. Annual $42,000 to $81,600
