What You'll Be Doing

• Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments, similar to work performed by general laborers, landscaping crews, and maintenance technicians.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet.
• Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed).

What We Expect From You

• This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals starting out in the general labor, landscaping, or maintenance technician fields. No prior pest control experience is required—we provide training.
• This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather.
• We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us.
• Strong driving record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years.
• Pass a drug test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter.
