What You'll Be Doing
- Provide top-tier pest control services in a variety of environments
- Work outdoors in all types of weather—hot, cold, or wet
- Operate independently in the field, Monday to Saturday (with some flexibility for weekend work as needed)
- Be an essential part of a team that plays a vital role in our customers’ safety and well-being
What We Expect From You
- This is an entry-level role ideal for individuals starting out in the general labor, landscaping, or maintenance technician fields. No prior pest control experience is required—we provide training
- This role requires hard work and outdoor work in all types of weather
- We expect you to show up on time and work with integrity, as our customers rely on us
- Strong driving record: Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 4 years, with no more than 2 violations and 1 accident in the past 3 years. No major violations (DUI, reckless driving, etc.) in the last 5 years
- Pass a Drug Test: Be prepared to pass a drug test during the interview and random tests thereafter
Age Requirement
