Pest Control Technician/ Exterminator: OK - Tulsa

About the role

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth inspections, develop solutions and treat customer facilities for commercial accounts.
• Maintain excellent customer relations with business clients through professional service, knowledgeable communication and precise documentation.
• Be an integral part of a growing, financially stable company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships by responding to customer requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Serve as a problem solver for customers by utilizing in‑depth training and company resources to decide on the most efficient and best overall solution for each customer's needs.
• Possess a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work independently and to be self‑motivated.
• Develop knowledge and expertise in pest control methods and products through provided training.
• Maintain accuracy of all customer and IFC records.
• Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to work the necessary hours to complete complex customer requirements as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route‑based assignments.
• Pest control for the food and commodity industries.
• Some weekend and holiday work required.
• Must have the ability to quickly obtain a CDL with Hazmat endorsement and both Kansas 7B and 7E pest control licenses.

Requirements

• Good driving record and ability to pass a drug screen.
• Meet physical job requirements and safely perform job duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.

Pay

Competitive pay range of $20.00 to $25.00 with a commission‑based earnings potential and a company vehicle potential.
