Stark Exterminators as a PestVets Company is committed to hiring and participating in acts of service for Veterans and active-duty members of the U.S. Military. Stark Exterminators is a Drug-Free Workplace and performs Pre-employment Drug Screens and Background Checks on all employees (EEO, remove) Now we need to decide sections. We have content for: - About the role: The opening paragraph describing the role: "Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM)." Also maybe the "A DAY IN THE LIFE..." is responsibilities. - Responsibilities: The "A DAY IN THE LIFE..." paragraph details duties. - Requirements / Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications list. - Benefits: The list of benefits: company vehicle, generous time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, Roth IRA, medical, dental and vision insurance, high deductible HSA, telemedicine, disability, cancer, and accident insurance, health & wellness suite company-paid + additional optional life insurance. - Pay: Not explicitly stated. There's "competitive compensation" but no specific pay. Should we include Pay section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Benefits we have explicit list, so include Benefits. Pay: only "competitive compensation" which is vague, not a specific number or range. Likely we should NOT include Pay because it's not specific. Schedule: The posting mentions "Your hours may vary as a Commercial Pest Control Technician because some of your accounts can only be serviced outside normal working hours." Also "Willing to work a flexible schedule depending on customer's service requirement." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that info. - Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe implied but not explicit. Better not to create Skills unless explicit. - Qualifications: Could be separate from Requirements. The Minimum Qualifications list is qualifications. Could treat as Requirements or Qualifications. We'll have a section for Requirements (or Qualifications). Use

for Requirements. - About the role: Could be

About the role

with prose. - Responsibilities:

Responsibilities

with prose (maybe bullet list? It's prose; we can keep as

). - Benefits:

Benefits

with
  • list. - Schedule:

    Schedule

with prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. So no heading for "Commercial Pest Control Technician". Good. We must not include Job ID etc. We must output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. First, About the role: combine opening sentence and maybe also the "About Our Family Of Brands" paragraph? That is more about company. Could be part of About the role or separate section like "About the company". But we only have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We could put company info under About the role as well. Or we could create a separate section like "About the company" but not in allowed headings; better to stick to allowed headings. So we can include company info in About the role. Thus About the role paragraph: Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Our Technicians enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits including: generous time off, 11 paid holidays, 401(k) with company match, Roth IRA, medical, dental and vision insurance, high deductible HSA, telemedicine, disability, cancer, and accident insurance. health & wellness suite company-paid + additional, optional, life insurance. That's why we offer competitive compensation, a robust benefits package, and a family-oriented company culture. But note we already listed benefits in Benefits section; we might not repeat benefits list in About the role to avoid duplication. However the instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. If we remove benefits from About the role, we are still preserving them in Benefits section. That's okay; we are not losing info. However the About the role paragraph originally includes benefits list; we could keep it but then duplicate. Better to avoid duplication but still preserve all info by moving benefits to Benefits section. The About the role can still mention that technicians enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits (maybe generic) but we could keep the generic phrase "Our Technicians enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits". That's still substantive but not listing specifics. That's okay. Thus About the role: Stark Exterminators is looking to hire a full-time Commercial Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). Our Technicians enjoy a company vehicle and other benefits. About Our Family Of Brands Stark Exterminators is part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands.
