Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer appointments to assess pest problems in and around homes and workplaces.
  • Execute specialized treatment plans to solve existing pest issues.
  • Recommend corrective actions to prevent future pest problems.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through honesty, empathy, and outstanding service.

Requirements

  • Ability to safely navigate customer locations, including ascending/descending stairs and ladders, and working in tight spaces.
  • Ability to safely move items and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors in all seasonal weather conditions.
  • Flexibility to assist in various service departments as needed.
  • Basic math skills for measuring and mixing product applications accurately.
  • Ability to operate hand tools and equipment safely.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE), including an OSHA-compliant respirator in some cases.
  • Technical proficiency with computers and smartphones.
  • Valid driver’s license held for at least 3 years with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule (between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.).
  • Availability to work some weekends.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
