Pest Control Technician

About the role

Possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for pest control. Responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pests, and implementing effective treatment plans. Must be able to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests
• Identify pest species and recommend appropriate treatments
• Develop and implement integrated pest management strategies
• Communicate with clients about pest issues and treatment plans
• Document findings and treatment processes in client files
• Work collaboratively with other team members and supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Knowledge of common pest species and treatment methods
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control or related field preferred
• Pass a background check
• Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of Waynesville, NC
