Pest Control Technician

Stark Exterminators is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide top-notch service to residential and commercial clients using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. Responsibilities

• Provide pest control services to residential and commercial customers
• Identify pests, harborages, and conducive conditions during home inspections
• Create and implement personalized solutions to address pest issues
• Collect service payments from customers and answer their questions
• Maintain equipment and vehicle in good working order

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass and maintain state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• At least 40 hours of work per week
• No prior experience necessary – training provided to the right candidate

Qualifications

• Passing a pre-employment drug screen
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as climbing ladders and accessing hard-to-reach areas
