What You’ll Do As a Pest Management Service Technician, you’ll work independently, building strong relationships with customers and keeping their homes and businesses pest-free. You’ll Inspect properties and identify pest issuesDevelop and implement effective treatment plansApply pest control products safely and responsiblyProvide guidance to customers on preventing future infestationsMaintain accurate records and excellent customer serviceParticipate in ongoing training and team meetings Who You Are We’re looking for reliable, self-managed professionals who love solving problems and working with people. You Have Strong communication and customer service skillsA detail-oriented, problem-solving mindsetThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamA valid driver’s license and clean driving recordA high school diploma or GEDWillingness to work Monday–Friday and some SaturdaysThe ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check (Must be at least 21 years of age.)
