Pest Control Technician

About the role

This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to find any points of entry for insects and rodents while identifying any pest infestations and coming up with appropriate treatment plans. - Communicate clearly with customers about any findings you have and share treatment plans, preventative measures to take, and any additional services we offer to help keep our customers pest-free. - Occasionally visit our warehouse for meetings, training, restocking of supplies, etc.

Requirements

- Minimum 6 months sales experience required. - Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience required. - Strong communication and time management skills - Customer-focused and self-motivated - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. - You must be 18 or over. - You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. - You must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator). - You must be comfortable going into crawl spaces and attics.

Qualifications

- Required: 6+ months of customer-facing service experience - Required: 6+ months of sales experience - Excellent verbal communications skills - Excellent time management skills

Schedule

- Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day. Routes will consist of the same customers for all their services, allowing you to build relationships with your customers.
