Pest Control Technician

About the role

The role involves inspecting residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations and applying appropriate treatments to eliminate them. The technician must also educate clients about proper pest prevention measures.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests
• Apply pesticides and other treatments as needed
• Educate clients on pest control best practices
• Document findings and treatment plans
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check

Qualifications

• Physical ability to climb ladders and work in various weather conditions
