Pest Control Technician

About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Residential Pest Control Technician with experience in sales and home inspections. This role focuses on conducting detailed inspections, identifying pest issues, and closing sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will have a daily route where you will treat customers' homes with various pest control treatments, techniques, and inspections. You will strive to solve customers' pest concerns, maintain customer relationships, and provide strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Treat approximately 12 to 14 homes per day on a pre-assigned route.
• Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to identify pest entry points, infestations, and appropriate treatment plans.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through consistent service visits.
• Communicate clearly with customers about findings, treatment plans, preventative measures, and additional services.
• Occasionally travel to the Nashville, TN warehouse for meetings, training, and restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of sales experience.
• Minimum 6 months of home inspection experience.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and self-motivated.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
• Must be 18 or over.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be clean-shaven for safety purposes (may occasionally wear a respirator).
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces and attics.
