Responsibilities

• Build and maintain lifelong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty by delivering excellent service.
• Manage the daily operations of your Universal Service Route, including time management and task completion.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Monitor termite bait systems to ensure proper functionality.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company equipment or driving a company vehicle.
• Uphold the NORTHWEST WAY by representing the company’s values and professionalism in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience necessary—comprehensive training provided.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments.

Physical Demands & Working Environment

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Travel may include short stops or longer routes between counties or service areas.
• Access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, and other challenging environments.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
