Pest Control Technician

Sign-on bonus of $1,500 for applicants with Pest Control Certified status. Must have a minimum of 2 years’ commercial pest control experience.

Responsibilities

• Recommend and provide estimates for one-time treatments and continual maintenance to new and existing customers.
• Complete all scheduled customer appointments on time in accordance with Company policies and local regulations.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and effective pest solutions.
• Use all safety equipment as instructed and maintain professional appearance and equipment (vehicle, uniform, PPE, etc.).
• Devote full attention to duties during working hours as directed by your supervisor.
• Perform pest control inspections and services for commercial customers on a defined route.
• Complete all stops or reschedule within a specified time frame.
• Apply pesticides according to schedule, safety procedures, and label instructions.
• Respond to customer inquiries quickly and thoroughly via email, text, or phone.
• Assist with generating new sales leads and signing up potential new customers for service (bonuses paid for new business).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and in-person).
• Strong customer service and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as kneeling and bending.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Self-motivated and results-driven.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Pass a background check and drug screen.
• Minimum of 2 years’ commercial pest control experience.
• Ability to work very early hours (start before 5:00 AM, finish early).
• Consistent work history and track record of dependability.
• Basic computer literacy (smartphone, email, basic Excel).
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Pay

$22.00–$25.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time, 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday. Occasional flexibility may be required for urgent customer requests, but nights and weekends are not scheduled.
