Pest Control Technician

Nader's Pest Raiders, part of the Arrow Exterminators family of brands, is seeking a full-time Pest Control Technician to deliver exceptional service to residential or commercial customers using an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach. This is a production-based role with industry-leading earning potential.

A Day in the Life as a Pest Control Technician

As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll start each day eager to service your route, building lifelong client relationships while solving pest problems. Your role includes:

• Inspecting attics, crawl spaces, and other areas to identify pests, harborage zones, and conducive conditions.
• Developing and explaining personalized pest management solutions with a calm, helpful demeanor.
• Collecting service payments and addressing customer questions with patience and professionalism.
• Maintaining equipment and company vehicle in proper operating condition.

You’ll take pride in being the friendly neighborhood expert who helps people live pest-free.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass and maintain any state-required licensing/certification exams.
• Willingness to work at least 40 hours per week.
• No prior experience necessary—we train the right candidate.
