Pest Control Technician

About the role

Hoffman's Exterminating of Atlanta, GA is looking to hire a full-time Pest Control Technician to provide uncompromised service to our residential or commercial pest control customers utilizing an Integrated Pest Management approach (IPM). This is a production-based position that leads the industry in potential earnings.

What you'll do

• Enter attics, crawl spaces, and other parts of residences to assess problems and properly identify insects, pest harborage areas, and conducive conditions
• Devise and describe personalized solutions to customers with a calm, helpful demeanor
• Collect service payments from customers
• Answer customer questions patiently and professionally
• Keep equipment and vehicle in proper operating condition at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Possess a valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• No experience necessary — we will train the right person
