About the role
As a Home Care Specialist with Mira Home, you will play a vital role in keeping our customers happy and their homes pest-free. You’ll conduct inspections, apply treatments, and deliver exceptional customer service—all while enjoying the independence of working in the field with a supportive team behind you.

Responsibilities
- Inspect & Treat: Conduct detailed inspections of residential properties and apply targeted pest control solutions safely.
- Document: Record pest activity and treatment details after each appointment.
- Safety First: Adhere to all product labels and state regulations to ensure safe and compliant practices.
- Customer Service: Be the friendly face our customers trust to solve their problems.
- Equipment Care: Keep your company vehicle and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (3+ years driving experience).
- Comfortable working outdoors and entering residential homes.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and operate equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience in pest control is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
Pay
- No Experience: $18.00 per hour
- 1-2 Years Experience: $20.00 per hour
- 3+ Years Experience: $22.00 per hour
- Bonus Potential: Up to $750 per month based on performance KPIs and upsells.
