Pest Control Technician

Job Description Summary Support the client pest control program. These positions will handle additional responsibilities related to the Pest Control Program and Facility Maintenance. Responsibilities Performance of ongoing quality review of third party pest control vendor. Perform assigned facility pest control operations inspections and due diligence efforts, reporting on as found conditions impacting satisfactory client occupancy and operations. Ensures that all GxP documentation and inspections are performed in accordance with all applicable SOPs. Able to perform light maintenance in support of pest control operations (install door seals, seal penetrations, caulking, etc.) and general facility maintenance. Compile and analyze pest control related data and information to understand overall success of the program. Assist the operations team in the maintenance and repair of building and equipment and/or as directed. Completes other various duties related to Painting, Carpentry, Flooring, Cabinetry, and related tasks, under the direction of the supervisor and/or designee. Uses various wall covering techniques and remedies to complete project. Removes furniture, equipment, shelving, fixtures, etc. from work area. Installs and/or repairs drywall and plaster. Applies corner beads, tapes, patches, sands, strips, washes and primes surfaces, returns areas to working order when project is completed. Inspects various damaged surfaces (e.g., plaster, drywall, water-damaged areas, ceiling and wall cracks) for remodeling. Must use tools and equipment appropriately while contributing to a safe working environment. Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. Administrative Update work order status in real time Utilize CMMS systems such as EAMS and GetService for all work performed. Escalating problems or issues to Customer and Manager in a timely manner Attend work and safety meetings as required Any and all other duties and tasks assigned. May be required do work weekends as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Education/training Associated Degree or equivalent minimum with experience Have a minimum of 1- 3 years of applicable working experience in a pharmaceutical industry preferable related with Pest Control service EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT Other Abilities Able to communicate pest control requirements and processes Strong Customer Service skills Strong Interpersonal skills Job Category Building Operations Location: McPherson, KS Work Schedule: 1st Shift/Morning Shift
