Pest Control Technician

About the role

Responsible for providing pest control services to residential and commercial clients. Conduct inspections, apply pesticides, and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect properties for signs of pests and document findings
• Apply pesticides and other treatments as needed
• Maintain accurate records of all work performed
• Communicate with clients regarding service status and next steps
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Experience in pest control or related field preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills

• Knowledge of pest biology and control methods
• Proficient in using pest control equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
