The position is a full‑time Pest Control Technician.

Responsibilities

• Arrive with an eager, motivated attitude and help inform and ease customer concerns.
• Meet with customers, interact professionally, and create an enjoyable experience.
• Inspect and diagnose pest‑related issues, then relay findings to customers in a comforting manner.
• Listen to customers’ needs, adapt accordingly, and educate them on integrated pest management (IPM) solutions.
• Treat interior, exterior, porch, and pool screen areas using proper IPM techniques.
• Prepare clear service notifications and detailed notes using in‑house software on a company‑provided cell phone.
• Follow a pre‑arranged schedule set by the office, completing jobs timely while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Attend company meetings and training sessions.
• Stay motivated to conduct self‑research, keep up with industry trends, and learn about new products and technology.
• Handle company equipment with respect, maintaining cleanliness and proper maintenance.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license.
• Pass a pre‑employment criminal background check.
• Pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week in a drug‑free workplace.
• Reliable transportation to and from the office daily.
• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Personable demeanor and enjoyment of customer interaction.

Pay

Annual salary range: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00.

Compensation package includes hourly pay starting at $20–$22 per hour plus commission opportunity.

Schedule

• 8‑hour shift.
• Monday to Friday.
• No nights.
• Occasional Saturday as needed.
