Pest Control Technician- $500 Sign-On Bonus!

Location: Green Bay, WI area (route-based). Report to the Milwaukee/New Berlin, WI office once per week.

Pay

$20.00 - $24.00 an hour plus a $500 sign-on bonus, uncapped performance bonuses, and an annual incentive trip (Circle of Excellence).

Schedule

Full-time, route-based work in your local area. Work schedule includes every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Run a daily route resolving customer pest concerns and issues
• Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
• Keep accurate records of treatments provided
• Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
• Serve as the subject matter expert for customers by implementing the most efficient and best pest solution for each customer’s needs
• Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
• Advise customers of potential problems
• Keep management informed of any problems encountered on service routes
• Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
• Carry a product backpack that weighs approximately 50 lbs

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; full training provided
• Valid U.S. driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years
• Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than two moving violations in the past 4 years)
• Pass a drug test and background check
