About the role

Innovative Pest Solutions is seeking a full-time Pest Control Tech - Branch 2 to join their team. This position offers an annual salary range of $50,000 – $85,000 and operates on a day shift.

What you'll do

• Visit various properties to perform top-notch removal services
• Inspect homes and businesses for signs of pests (bed bugs, termites, etc.)
• Apply heat treatments to solve pest problems
• Fill out digital reports detailing your work
• Maintain a neat work vehicle
• Keep equipment in great working condition

Qualifications

• Valid California Branch 2 license
• Current CA driver's license and a clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of IPM principles and pesticide safety practices
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in confined and heated environments
• Ability to work flexible schedules and serve locations throughout Riverside County, CA
• Professional appearance and customer service-focused attitude
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency - preferred
• Experience with heat treatment systems - preferred
• Commercial pest control experience - preferred
