Pest Control Start Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough indoor and outdoor initial pest control treatments for new customers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Engage with customers to clearly explain service features and benefits while delivering exceptional customer service and support.
• Follow assigned routes, communicate effectively with office staff and managers, and maintain accurate service records.
• Maintain equipment, vehicle, and safety gear in proper working condition, while utilizing technology to manage appointments and customer information.

Qualifications And Requirements

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history as driving a company vehicle is an essential function of this role.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Pay

This position offers an hourly base pay of $18.00, plus additional compensation opportunities. Actual earning beyond base pay will vary based on sales.

Schedule

The schedule for this position is seasonal, focusing on new customer installations and initial pest control services.
