About the role

We are a privately-owned pest control company based in Indianapolis, IN. We are seeking competent individuals who are the best and the brightest personalities to ensure that our customers and employees know how important they are.

Responsibilities

  • Regular Interaction with Customers to troubleshoot problems and communicate the details of the service
  • Work outdoors for most of the day
  • Lift at least 50lbs
  • Crawl/kneel and/or fit in tight spaces
  • Apply liquid treatments to the soil
  • Some drilling, trenching, and basic cleanup after a job
  • Data Entry & Documentation into mobile devices for services performed
  • Flexible to work Monday-Saturday during the summer season

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Attention to Detail
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • A talent for solving practical problems and effective reasoning
  • Take and Pass a series of exams as part of a New Hire Training
  • Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a Background Check
  • Pass a Drug Screen
