Pest Control Service Professional

Responsibilities

• Create lifelong connections with both internal and external customers.
• Deliver excellent service every time.
• Manage daily operations of your Service Route using strong time management skills.
• Perform residential pest control, mosquito services, and termite inspections.
• Problem-solve customer accounts to address both current and future needs.
• Provide consistent communication with customers to keep them informed and satisfied.
• Work closely with internal teams, including customer service, sales, and fellow service professionals, to ensure an outstanding experience for each customer.
• Apply pest control products in accordance with label standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a safety-first mindset, especially when operating company equipment or driving your company vehicle.

Qualifications

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• No prior experience is necessary.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• You must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid).
• You must be able to safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods.
• Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
• Safely use ladders within the manufacturer’s weight capacity and climb ladders up to 32 feet.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
