Pest Control Inspector
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity that combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions that protect their homes and families. This is not a desk job—you'll spend your days in the field, staying active, meeting customers, and building a rewarding career with one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the country.
You will have monthly and quarterly targets set by the management team, and your manager will work closely with you to ensure your success in reaching or exceeding your sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers
- Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes
- Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed
- Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions
- Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals
- Build long-term customer relationships
- Manage your schedule and follow-up activities
- Deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Hardworking, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working outdoors and staying physically active
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Comfortable accessing attics, crawl spaces, ladders, and tight spaces
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Exceptional verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Preferred Experience
Experience in any of the following is helpful, but not required:
- Pest control
- HVAC
- Construction
- Roofing
- Solar
- Telecommunications, cable, or internet installation
- Route sales
- Home services and/or customer-facing field service

- Wage comparable to $90,000 - $140,000+ per year
