Pest Control Inspector

About the Role

This position combines hands-on field work with customer interaction and sales. You'll inspect homes, identify pest issues, educate homeowners, and recommend solutions. This is an active, outdoor role with performance-based pay in a fast-growing pest control company.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential customers
• Identify pest activity and risk factors around homes
• Access attics, crawl spaces, garages, and exterior areas when needed
• Educate homeowners and recommend treatment solutions
• Generate new business opportunities through customer interactions and referrals
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Manage your schedule and follow-up activities
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management team

Requirements
