About the Role

Small Business Operations — How an independent franchise is run day-to-day, including scheduling, customer management, and using tools like FieldRoutes CRM

Responsibilities

• Government Regulation & Compliance — How pesticide licensing works in Indiana, OSHA requirements, and navigating state regulations as a small business
• Marketing Strategy — Real-world tactics for seasonal service businesses, including social media, local advertising, and customer retention
• Sales & Revenue Growth — How to upsell services, acquire new customers, and increase revenue per route

Requirements

• Love working outdoors and don't mind physical labor
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to perform physical duties (standing, carrying, climbing, etc.)

• No prior pest control experience required — we provide full paid training
