Pest Control Expert
Moxie Pest Control is one of the fastest-growing pest control companies in the industry. We are looking to expand our team of Field Technicians to meet the demands of a company that is doubling its sales year over year. Our Field Experts are the best in the business, and even if you have no experience, we will provide the training to develop you into the best Service Technician.
About the Role
Our Field Service Technicians start the day in our warehouse, receive daily training in our office, and then travel to customers' homes to service our residential clients. While traveling, Service Technicians treat homes for interior and exterior pests. We take pride in our work and strive for excellence every day. The happier our customers are, the more fun we have!
Responsibilities
- Perform interior and exterior pest treatments at residential properties.
- Travel to customers' homes on a daily basis.
- Participate in daily training sessions.
- Demonstrate extreme ownership in all actions involving office staff, teammates, and customers.
- Assist teammates with appointments and problem-solving as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
- Driving record review.
- Must pass a Commercial Pest Applicators test within two weeks of hire (all testing is paid for by Moxie).
Qualifications
No prior experience is necessary—we provide paid training for roughly two weeks or until you are properly trained.

Pay
$18-$20 per hour, based on previous work experience and tenure at our company.
