Responsibilities
- Open and close the store cash register
- Support usability of platforms (delivery app, omnichannel chats)
- Assist customers with payments, process transactions in the system, and organize receipts and payment statements
- Ensure completion of full customer registration for each sale
- Deliver excellent customer service during the final stage of sales to foster brand loyalty and contribute to meeting targets
- Assist in receiving, verifying, and storing products to keep the store stocked and organized, ensuring no expired items (FIFO) and supporting the point-of-sale manager in cyclic inventory
- Handle store opening and closing as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma completed
- Experience with customer service and/or sales
- Desirable: experience with sales of cosmetics, perfumery, and/or beauty products
- Desirable: knowledge of sales metrics and indicators (e.g., PA, average ticket, conversion)
- Availability for scheduled shifts
