Data are collected through the submission of a CV via a dedicated web page provided by the Candidate.

Nature of Personal Data

The data will be limited to those strictly necessary and relevant for the purposes of personnel selection and may include data related to the candidate's technical skills, motivations, professional qualifications, and references.

Processing Purposes and Legal Basis

The processing will be carried out to manage personnel selection processes, including the evaluation of specific technical competencies, motivational attitudes, and professional qualifications. The legal basis for the processing is the performance of a contract or the execution of preliminary measures requested by the interested party (Article 6.1.b GDPR).

Processing Methods

The personal data will be processed manually and electronically using the platforms Allibo and Giunti, which will act as the processors.

Access to Data

Within the IPERCERAMICA S.p.A. organizational structure, only authorized personnel will have access to the personal data, specifically HR Recruiters, for the purposes of personnel selection and management.

Communication and Transfer of Data

The personal data of the interested party may be communicated to free professionals for assessing compliance with labor law regulations, consulting firms, public or private entities, consultants, and external service providers providing the Allibo platform.

Candidates' Rights

• Right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data and their communication in a readable format;
• Right to request the correction, updating, or deletion of personal data;
• Right to object to the processing of personal data that affects them;
• Right to data portability;
• Right to withdraw consent at any time;
• Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Duration of Processing

The personal data voluntarily provided by the Candidate will be processed for a period of 24 months. At the end of this period, the Candidate will be notified to confirm whether they wish to extend the processing and update their personal data. If no confirmation is received, the processing will cease, and all personal data held by the Controller will be permanently deleted.
